Blinds

Practical as well as attractive, blinds can be a fantastic alternative to curtains. All our blinds are made to measure and therefore bespoke to you. Blinds are a great solution in areas where space is limited, they can help control sun glare or provide privacy from outside looking in.

There are any number of systems and options available including, Roman, Roller, Vertical, Venitian, Pleated, or shutters. Many of the blinds have multiple operating options such as, chain, tension or motorised.

Romans

If you want to add warmth and softness to a room but have limited space, Roman blinds are a great alternative to curtains. Or if you would like both, your blinds and can be coordinated with curtains, on larger windows, in the same room.

As standard we line your Roman blind with a luxurious off white lining as standard, however other linings we offer include; Interlining- to add luxury and substance, Blackout lining- if you are a light sleeper, Thermal lining- for drafty windows or even coloured linings for extra individuality.

Rollers

Roller blinds are simple, versatile and an excellent solution for privacy. Roller blinds are an excellent solution for smaller windows in kitchens, bathrooms and utility areas. They can be fitted neatly inside a recess or mounted on the wall, with various controls available to suit your needs such as chain, spring or motorized.

Available in a wide selection of coloured and patterned fabrics. Specialist fabrics are also available including wipe cleanable, Moisture resistant, Black out or dim out, and flame retardant.

We also offer ‘laminated’ blinds, which means you can have a fabric (from our pattern books or supplied by yourself) made into a roller blind in a process where the fabric has a stiff backing adhered on to allow for the blind to roll neatly up as a standard roller blind would.

Venetians

Elegant and malleable, venetian blinds allow more control over the amount of light that comes into the room, as the slats can be turned or raised and lowered, full or part way. You get to choose how much light or privacy is required.

Venetian blinds can be made from wood or aluminium. Choose from an extensive range of colours, finishes and slat widths to suit your needs.

Shutters

Shutters are a great way to add a touch of luxury to your home. Similar to venetians, shutters allow more control over the level of light and privacy in your room as slats can be turned or the doors opened and folded back to fully reveal the window. Shutters can be made from wood, faux wood and are available in a range of colours.

This is a specialist installation and so during the enquiry stage a full survey will be undertaken to ensure the desired door configuration works and that the shutters can be fitted to look fantastic.

Vertical

Vertical blinds are an excellent solution for controlling light in conservatories and on larger windows. Awkward windows or bays are no problem as the headrails can be formed to fit into these areas.

Vertical blinds allow more control over the amount of light that comes into the room as the vanes can all be pulled back together, full or part way. The louvres are available in two widths and a fantastic selection of colours and textures.

Pleated

Pleated blinds are an excellent solution for smaller windows or tight spaces as they are extremely thin. They can be fitted neatly inside a window recess or mounted on the wall. The fabrics come in a wide variety of colours and patterns depending on your taste. Simple and easy to operate, pleated blinds make an excellent solution for privacy.

This convenient, easy to use system allows your blinds to be controlled via the PowerView® app, a simple remote control, or even your voice!

We offer a free no obligation measuring service by Keith, who can also bring samples and offer any advice and pricing estimates on site.

If you require, Keith or our experienced fitter Andrew can return and fit your blinds. However we do offer our products as supply only if you have your own fitter or your handy yourself.

Once fitted if you have any problems with your blind in the future, we are always on the other end of the phone to help with any problems you may have and we endeavour to be as helpful as possible.
